Reserve Your Booth

 We request a $75 deposit to save the date and have a simple one-page contract to fill out.

Pre-booth Check In

We'll check in with you just before your event to make sure everything is set.

The Day Of Set Up

We'll arrive at your location one and a half hours prior to the photo booth start time or two hours if it's green screen or outdoors. If you would like us to arrive earlier please let us know.

VENUES ACCESS, SPACE & POWER REQUIREMENTS
1. Venue MUST have elevator access if the event is not on street level.

2. Client /Venue will coordinate an appropriate space with electrical access. The Photo Booth requires a 120V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 25 feet of the Photo Booth. The outlet / power source MUST be designated to the Photo Booth ONLY.

The Client will have a "Plan B" in the event of rain. If you choose to place the Photo Booth outdoors we must be in an area that is:

1. Accessible for guests to enjoy. We'll be there to help enhance your day - make sure we are VISIBLE!
2. Customer must provide a 3-sided tent to put the equipment under.
3. DRY for SAFE use of electrical equipment

4. Paved or grassy surface - NO DIRT or GRAVEL!
5. A solid floor is a must. If not , a tent must be provided.

6. Protected from weather extremes for the benefit of our attendants and our equipment. Below 60 degrees F or above 90 degrees F is not acceptable.

If you're unable to accommodate our requirements, we may not be able to operate. If conditions become unsafe for our attendant(s) or equipment operations, we will close down the Photo Booth, exit the facility, and no refund will be given.

Photo Time

Once we are set up, come on up to the mirror and touch the screen to begin your photo experience! You and your guests can use the mirror as many times as you want during the time reserved! Choose the plus or deluxe package and everyone gets a print to take home!

Finishing Up

When the photo booth time is up, we break down in about 45 minutes.
